St. Johns Town Center is a growing outdoor shopping area conveniently located on the southside of Jacksonville near I-295 beltway/ formerly 9A and J. Turner Butler Blvd. Take J. Turner Butler Blvd to Gate Parkway North (make a right). Travel north on Gate Parkway. Turn right on Town Center Parkway. The shopping center is on your right, with new construction on the left side of the road.
